Refund policy

The return and refund policy is within a 30-day period, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return. 

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or undamaged, with tags (where applicable), and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, I will send you a return shipping label and where to send your package. Unfortunately, I cannot accept scarves sent back to me without first requesting a return.

Unfortunately, I cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact me immediately if the scarf has defections, is damaged or if you receive the wrong pattern, I will endevour to fix it.

Exchanges
The most effective way to ensure a smooth exchange is to request a return and start a new order. If you are unsure about the process, I would be more than happy to help you. You cant contact me on sarah@sarahlouisedesigns.com with Exchanges in the heading.

European Union 14 day cooling off period
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Refunds
You will receive a confirmation email once your return has been received and approved. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 14 business days. Take into consideration that times can vary in relation to your bank or credit card company processing returns.
